Fifteen years under the bar and a decade coaching it. Rey runs the strength and Olympic-lifting program and believes anyone can learn to move heavy weight well.

Dana Cole

Conditioning lead

Metabolic & HIIT

Ex-competitive rower who fell for metcons. Dana programs the conditioning and HIIT classes — hard, short, and scaled so nobody gets left on the floor.

Sam Ito

Mobility coach

Movement & recovery

Physiotherapy background, gymnastics habit. Sam owns the mobility and recovery side — the reason members are still training pain-free five years in.

Marcus Webb

Strength coach

Powerlifting

Three-time regional powerlifting medallist. Marcus coaches the barbell classes and the on-ramp, turning nervous beginners into confident lifters.
